Your area of responsibility includes:
- Independent handling of our vehicle fleet (60 vehicles)
- Independent establishing and monitoring of fixed charter traffic on a nationwide scale, including all related administrative tasks.
- Creation/maintenance of scheduling plans
- Appropriate processing and documentation of freight orders
- Direct communication with forwarding business partners
Your skills:
- Completed vocational training as a freight forwarding clerk / or similar
- Several years of professional experience (3-5 years) in the forwarding industry, preferably in the field of national scheduling of land transport
- Quick comprehension and resilience as well as independent work ethics
- Accuracy and team spirit as well as pleasure in dealing with people
- Secure MS Office knowledge
- English knowledge in spoken and written
